01What it covers
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to try Viper Pro. If you do not like it — for any reason at all — we refund 100% of what you paid.
We do not ask you to justify it. There is no exit survey. We will not try to talk you out of it. You say “I want a refund” and we send the money back.
02How to request it
It takes about 30 seconds. Email us at arkkhecorp@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address you used at checkout
- The words: “I want a refund”
That is it. We handle the rest.
03Timing
- Window: 7 calendar days from the moment of purchase
- Confirmation: we reply by email within 1 business day
- Money back: refunded through Stripe to the card you paid with; your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days
04What happens to the software
The moment the refund is processed, your license is revoked automatically. The next time the app starts, it detects the revocation and access ends.
Your prospect database (a local SQLite file) stays on your PC — we do not delete anything from your computer. But without an active license, the software stops working.

05After 7 days
There is no refund after the 7th calendar day. In exchange, the license is yours for life — you keep using the software you bought, with no recurring fee and no fine print.
06Card disputes (chargebacks)
Before you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer, email us. A direct refund is far faster than a dispute — we process it in days, while a card dispute can take up to 90 days to resolve. We have never refused a refund inside the 7-day window.
Opening a dispute after the 7-day window or without contacting us first is something we treat as bad faith. In those cases:
- The license is revoked immediately and cannot be reactivated
- The email address is blocked from future purchases
- We respond to the dispute with full purchase and delivery records
07Exceptions
There are none. Inside the window, a refund is unconditional. Outside the window, there is no refund — the license stays yours for life even if you stop using it.
