01The short version

Viper Pro was built to run entirely on your own computer. Your prospect list, the messages you send, the replies you receive and your history all live on your PC, in a local database. None of it is uploaded to ARKKHE.

Searches run through your own Google Places API key, straight from your machine to Google. We are not in the middle of it. Nobody at ARKKHE can see who you prospect or what you say to them.

02What we collect

Only what we need to sell you the software and keep your license working:

• Purchase: the email address you use at checkout, plus the payment record held by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see your full card number.
• Activation: that same email address, so we can confirm your license when the app starts.
• Machine identifier: a short technical fingerprint of your computer, sent at activation for one purpose only — enforcing the one-license-one-computer rule. It is not used to profile you.

03What we do NOT collect

• The content of your messages, sent or received
• Your prospect database (names, phone numbers, addresses, websites, emails)
• Your conversations or their outcomes
• Per-recipient results or any campaign statistics

All of that stays on your PC only. You are the controller of that data and its only owner.

04How we use what we hold

• Your email: to validate your license, send the installer, send important product notices, and answer your support requests
• Machine identifier: to check that a license is running on the computer it was activated on, and nowhere else

We never sell, rent or share your data for anyone else’s marketing.

05Who else touches your data

A short list, and only for the job they do:

• Stripe — processes the payment and stores the payment record
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides anonymous, aggregated traffic stats
• Authorities — only where we are legally required to respond to a valid request

06Your rights over your data

Wherever you live, we will honor these requests about the data we hold about you — the purchase email, the license record and the machine identifier:

• Ask us what we hold about you and get a copy of it
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to stop sending you product emails
• Ask a real person a question about any of the above

Email arkkhecorp@gmail.com and we will take care of it. One thing to know first: your license record is your access. If we delete it, the software stops working and the purchase cannot be restored.

07Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies (session, preferences) and anonymous aggregated analytics through Vercel. No individual tracking, and no third-party advertising cookies. The desktop app itself uses no cookies at all.

08Security

License data travels over HTTPS with modern TLS. Your prospect database is local, which makes it your responsibility — we recommend keeping periodic backups of the database file the software creates on your PC.

09How long we keep things

• License record: for as long as your license is active, since it is what keeps the software running
• Purchase records: kept by us and by Stripe for the period we need them for accounting and tax purposes
• Deletion requests: handled within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep

10Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. We will announce meaningful changes in the app and by email. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
