How access to Viper Pro works: activation, moving to a new computer, and what happens after a refund or a card dispute.
01What you are buying
One license is one person on one computer, for life. It is tied to the email address you used at checkout and it is not transferable to anyone else.

02Activation
Activation is simple and takes about five minutes:
- After your purchase, you receive the installer by email
- Run the installer on your computer (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit)
- Enter the email address you used at checkout when asked
- The app checks the license online and unlocks every feature
From that point on the software runs on your machine. It only needs a connection for the occasional license check when the app starts.
03The license binds to your first computer
Your license locks to the first computer you activate it on. You can reinstall on that same machine as many times as you like — after a format, a new drive, or a Windows upgrade. The app recognizes the machine and activates again on its own.
04Moving to a new computer
Changing machines is fine. We just do it manually so the one-computer rule holds:
- Email arkkhecorp@gmail.com from the address you bought with and tell us you are switching computers
- We release the lock on the old machine, usually within one business day
- Install on the new PC and activate with the same email
Need to run Viper Pro on two or more computers at the same time? That takes one license per computer. Email us and we will sort it out.
05No sharing, no resale
A license belongs to one person. You may not sell it, rent it, lend it, publish your activation email, or let other people use it. Doing so ends the license. Buying once for a team and passing the installer around is not permitted.
06When a license is revoked
In a few situations the license is revoked automatically and access to the software ends:
If you ask for a refund inside the 7-day guarantee, the license is revoked as soon as the refund is processed. Access ends at the next online check, when the app starts.
Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank results in immediate revocation, whether or not the guarantee window is still open. The email address is blocked from future purchases and the activation cannot be restored, even by paying again. Email us first — we refund without argument.
Other causes:
- Sharing the license or trying to resell it
- Piracy — unauthorized modification of the binary, cracks, keygens
- Fraudulent use — scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, illegal spam
- Any attempt to bypass the licensing or activation system
07No reactivation
Licenses revoked for a card dispute or misuse cannot be reactivated. That email address is also blocked from buying from us again.
A license revoked because you asked for a refund is different — you are welcome to buy again at any time.
08What happens to your data
However a license ends, your local database stays on your PC. We never delete anything from your computer. But without an active license the software stops running, so you lose the interface for working with that data.
09Platform and requirements
- System: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- Memory: 4 GB RAM minimum, 8 GB recommended
- Disk: 500 MB free
- Connection: internet for the initial and occasional license check
Viper Pro is a Windows application. There is no macOS or Linux build today, and we do not promise one. You also need your own Google Places API key to run searches.
