Terms of Service.

01Agreement

By buying, installing or using Viper Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service, to the Privacy Policy, to the Guarantee and to the License Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software and ask for a refund within the 7-day window.

02What Viper Pro is

A Windows desktop application for B2B outreach. It runs on your own machine — it finds business listings on Google Maps through your own Google Places API key, validates WhatsApp numbers, pulls contact emails from public websites, and sends outreach messages on your instruction.

It is not a SaaS product. There is no central server processing your messages. Your computer is the server.

03Your license

A purchase is a one-time payment of $147 for a lifetime license: one person, one computer, tied to the email address used at checkout. Full details in the License Terms.

04Responsible use

You may use Viper Pro for legitimate business outreach. You are responsible for following the messaging, anti-spam and data-protection rules that apply where you and your recipients are located, and for following the terms of WhatsApp and of any other service you connect to. We give you a tool; we do not send anything on your behalf.

05Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, or bulk messages to people with no plausible interest in what you offer
• Send illegal, abusive, deceptive or fraudulent content
• Share, resell, rent or redistribute the software or your license
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative versions of the software
• Use the software for scams, pyramid schemes, phishing or any criminal activity
• Try to bypass the licensing or activation system

06What is on you

You alone are responsible for:

• The content of every message you send and who you send it to
• The lawful basis for collecting and contacting the businesses in your prospect list
• The consequences of how you use it, including a WhatsApp number being restricted or banned for aggressive sending
• Your own Google Places API key and any charges Google bills you for it
• Backing up your local database on your PC

07Limitation of liability

Viper Pro is provided “as is”. We do not promise specific commercial results, reply rates, conversions, or that your accounts will never be restricted.

To the fullest extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, banned WhatsApp accounts or any loss arising from using — or being unable to use — the software. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

08Updates and availability

Updates are delivered inside the app. We may change or remove features for technical, security or compliance reasons without individual notice. Viper Pro depends on third-party services such as Google and WhatsApp, and changes on their side can affect how it works.

09Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app and by email, at the address used for the purchase. Continuing to use the software after an update means you accept the new terms.

10Disputes and the rest

If something goes wrong, email us first — most problems are solved in a message or two, and refunds inside the guarantee window are automatic. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable where you live, the remaining parts still apply. Nothing here is meant to take away rights you have that cannot be waived.
